Our Executive Search Service is comprised of the following phases:
Set-Up Phase - Grasslands Group will be responsible for development of client and community
profiles, position benchmarking, job description, interview questions and applicant target profile. Clarification
and identification of corporate goals, values, business styles, and culture. Applicant availability will be
assessed and search strategies will be initiated. Marketing strategies, ad design, and advertising budget will be
developed and submitted. A non-refundable interim payment will be invoiced and payable upon conclusion of the
Set-Up phase.
Search and Recruitment Phase - Grasslands Group will search for applicants. All applicant calls
and resumes will be received, screened and assessed for "Job Fit". Primary telephone interviews and reference
checks will be conducted. Grasslands will search additional databases and websites for applicants. Applicants
will be short-listed based on "Job Fit" and their skill set match. Secondary interviews will be completed.
Coordination and the scheduling of the final interviews will be set up. Candidate testing and assessing will
occur, reports and final interview questions will be provided. Wage negotiations will be facilitated and the
unsuccessful applicants will be notified.
Final service fee will be based on a percentage of the aggregate annual compensation.
